What are the guest count requirements?
We will cater your event for 15+ people. For smaller parties please see our delivery menu.

How long is the turnaround after a quote submission?
Within 24 hours but usually much sooner.

How long before my event must I place my order?
We prefer at least a week prior. However, if you have less time we will try our best to work with you and cater your event.

What is included with the order?
Traffic will provide all serveware, plates and utensils. We do have chafing dishes that can be provided at additional cost.

Do you provide staffing?
Our staff will set up and we can provide staffing for the duration of the event at your request.

How do I start the process?
